Food Vendor Payments
Deadline February 28, 2014
Booth Fee - Full payment is due upon acceptance. The 2014 food vendor booth fees are as follows:
August 9 11am-6pm & August 10 11am-6pm
$575.00 for a 10 x 10 booth space*
$850.00 for a 10 x 15 booth space*
$975.00 for a 10 x 20 booth space*
Your notification will let you know if you have been assigned a 10 x 10, 10 x 15, or a 10 x 20 size booth.

* This payment is for your booth fee only, additional percentage of sales to be paid DAILY onsite at close of Festival.
Check your Food Vendor instruction packet emailed by July 10th for details.
If you would like to pay by check, please mail it to us postmarked on or before April 14th, 2013 to secure your space.
Mail your payment to Vendor Manager, Kirkland Summerfest, 328 Parkplace Center, Kirkland, WA 98033.
If we have not received your payment by April 20th, 2014, we will assume that you do not want your booth space and it will be assigned to another vendor on the waiting list.
Please make a note that the cancellation deadline for a booth fee refund, less a $20 processing fee, is June 10th, 2014.
Booth assignments and set up information will be emailed to you by July 10th, 2014.
