Business Vendor Payments
Deadline April 14, 2014
Booth Fee - Full payment is due upon acceptance by April 14th, 2014.
The 2014 Business Vendor fees are as follows:
10 x 10 Booth $335.00
10 x 10 Corner Booth $385.00
10 x 20 Booth $670.00
10 x 20 Booth one Corner $720.00
10 x 20 Booth two Corners $770.00
Peter Kirk Parkway 10 x 10 Booth (corners included if available) $285.00
Peter Kirk Parkway 10 x 20 Booth (Corners included if available) $570.00
Non-profit Information Only 10x10 Booth $60 (limited quantity)
Non-profit Merchandise Sales 10x10 Booth $150
If you would like to pay by check, please mail it to us postmarked on or before April 14th, 2014 to secure your space. Mail payment to Vendor Manager, Kirkland Summerfest, 328 Parkplace Center, Kirkland, WA 98033.
If we have not received your payment by April 20th, 2014, we will assume that you do not want your booth space and it may be assigned to another business on the waiting list.
Corner booths allow the Business to have the front and one or two sides of the booth open - there are only a limited number of corner booths available!
If you requested a corner booth and had a corner booth last year, go ahead and make a corner booth payment. If you are accepted for the first time for the 2014 Festival, please just pay for a regular booth at this time. You will receive your booth assignment by email by July 10th . If a corner booth is assigned to you, you may pay the corner fee at that time.
Please make a note that the cancellation deadline for a booth fee refund, less a $20 processing fee, is June 16th, 2014. Booth assignments and set up information will be emailed to you by July 10th, 2014.
